本月23号，招商银行网银境外汇款，到目前还没到帐。

发邮件给客服也没理我，

3个月没交易，帐户还得扣除50美金，事先也没通知我一下。

入金360天内不需要管理费。360天之后，如果90天内没有任何交易，50CHF的管理费。

这就样被黑了50CHF
