标题: MBT也会坑人啊
我的帐户上突然加上了一笔-854的收益调整,事前一点预兆也没有!对方解释,可能是因为MT4和MBT系统的同步出错,使得在貌似在MT4平掉的单子在desktop没有被执行。这这些回复之后,就没有反应了。好像这损失都是我的缘故!要知道,这完全不是是用户可以掌控的。一直感觉MBT的客服都爱理不理的,这次我该怎么提出投诉?什么部门得力点?请大家给点建议。附上网站上的成交记录,左边是order  history ,右边 balance statement,就算对MT4暂且不管,这个记录也很诡异啊8:46 的那单为何是869,148310-147135=1175啊!

还是用MBT DESKTOP是王道。MT4这个加壳的,还是不行。
找你开户的代理就可以了。这问题肯定是可以协助处理的,不过结果如何就不知道了。技术上的问题会不会赔偿,就看最后的结果了。

本人曾经帮人找回过,因为MT4提前收盘一小时导致的损失,但是你的是-854,这个就太难预料结果了。

Dear Mr. Huang,

Thank you for your inquiry below.  Please allow me to explain the "Cross Conversion Adjustment" you see on your account.  The MT4 platform allows you to open trades and close particular trades in the order that you like, based on current Profit or Loss.  For actual accounting purposes, the Desktop calculates Profit and Loss based on FIFO accounting, or First In-First Out, which may not match with what the MT4 platform is displaying.  These adjustments are made periodically to correct the balances displayed in the MT4 platform, but can only be made when your account is not holding trades through rollover.  If your account is unable to be adjusted for a long time due to holding trades through the rollover period, the MT4 displayed balance and your true account balance (displayed in the Desktop platform) can be off by a substantial margin, as sounds like was the case with your account.  There are no "mistakes" on the side of MB Trading, it is just a quirk of how the MT4 platform accounts for Profit and Loss.

I depend on daily report to check my account. If it was not
correct and need "adjustment",it would be dispensable at all.

AS to swaps, average commissions, or FIFO accounting you
mentioned, I doubt how can these reach the amount of $850. Can

I had been using  MBT Desktop Pro too,but did't ever notice

还是redstart细心。
楼主你的balance statement图片我又仔细看了一下,发现里面有好多错误,我刚才把我每个月下载的MBT的DESKTOP的交易记录都看了一遍。
只要balance statement的“Open/Close”这一项里面是O(也就是Open,开仓)的意思,那么Gross P&L这一项的数值一定是零。

或许这种错误是客观原因,但我已对MBT的推诿态度十分厌烦。
暂且不说他们不能提供真实的扣款依据,这事至少表明他们的平台是有缺陷的,而且5月5日前出的错,到6月1日才出现“更正”,每天的“DailyComfirm”的Email也是按照MT4数据来的,根本不能提醒客户帐户中的异常。
由于本人的英文交流水平有限,MBT又没有审核部门对投诉负责,现很无奈,NFA会不会太严重?

这种事最严重的还是心理打击,就像球场上的黑哨。事后帐户从较大盈利到了很大亏损,建议大家出现差错停止交易。
MBT是不是对中国客户有歧视?他的限价单返点指明不让利中国人。
金融市场真是鱼龙混杂的大赌场,感觉要找到诚实可靠又负责的交易商好难啊。

搞不懂这些有什么好牢骚的。说句难听的, 楼主你“多赚”的那8百多美金 难道心里一直没数?


这论坛也不是一次两次客户反映为什么MT4的资金不对啊 怎么突然又调整了(出来喊的肯定是扣资金的,加资金的从来不会说),等过几天又不出声了,都知道啥回事。 如果不爽 那就换nav平台或者换经纪商。

你账户净值对不对? 你说不对  那就告诉MBT正确的数字是多少,哪里算错了。

他们不理你 就告到NFA。别说什么英文,我看你的英文水平很好足够对付。另外,希望把这件事整个记录从头到尾记录下来, 不要到时候又和“其他人”一样没声音了。

我想问一个问题,是不是MT4在出错的那段时间多算钱给你了,然后恢复正常后又减掉了本来算错的部分 ?然后顺便把你在MT4出错期间所有的盈利按0计算 。

"你的单子在desktop被全部执行,但在MT4显示部分执行",这是对方的解释.然后账户资金出现多出错误.
问题是这多执行的单子在MT4上不显示就是不存在,你怎么平掉?然后过了差不多一个月,扣掉852.94

我交易差不多半年了,MBT点差什么的都可以,就是客服不是很负责.从前在FXCM做过,到点2次的单子没成交,对方起码给个最后决议,意思是流动性问题,不服气你去告,还提供了申诉渠道.以前也有调整,和事实没出入,这次很突然,我就下载了一个月的交易记录一笔一笔去对了

你的balance statement图片里面就有好几项是错误的。

Just to be clear, it isn't a withdrawal. It is a balancing to show proper balance in MT4 to match your actual transactions. And again, if you go through them manually and add them all up together (not the PnL one by one but the total trades), you will see that the balance is correct.

大家好,我用的是MBT,是直接在官网开户的。至今没出什么问题。而且在美联系过他们。在我看来,楼主应该把问题理清,然后再提交MBT部门处理。只要证据确凿,MBT不会抵赖的,美国可是讲诚信的。

mbt最近平仓真他妈慢,总是限制平仓,原来的话右击出来平仓的单子直接enter键就可以了,限制倒好,总是说出错误
