FF上也有很多新人问这个问题（虽然已经都回答N遍了），这里借用Justin的话（官方发言人）陈诉如下：

When you open an account with us, you don’t have a clearing agreement with the banks in our system. You only have an account with us. We have the clearing agreements. Therefore, while you use our software to hit those banks, and those prices are always honored at settlement, you need us as the intermediary. We take your trade and the funds and transfer to them at 5 pm EST based on our agreements with them. This language cannot change unless every one of our customers had their own clearing agreement with all of the banks in our system.

你是通过我们开户，但客户本身和我们系统中的银行没有清算协议。客户仅仅是拥有一个账户，MBTF才有清算协议。因此，当客户通过我们的软件来和这些银行进行交易、并且这些成交价格也是银行清算时参考的价格时，客户需要我们作为一个中间人。每天美东时间下午5点我们按照与银行的清算协议将你的交易和资金转给他们。
这个条款的文字无法改变，除非我们的每个客户都和我们的银行有直接清算协议。

类似于芝加哥商品交易所(CME), MBTF扮演的就是CME这个角色，协助客户进行清算。

所以在CME的官方网站上也有这段文字“CME IS EVERY SELLERS' BUYER, EVERY BUYERS' SELLER” CME是每个买家的卖家，每个卖家的买家。

一个道理。
