I am your client and interest in doing forex at Varengold.
I opened a demo account in Varengold.
In the meanwhile I open a demo account in MetaQuotrs' server for comparing.
I found a problem on june 20 2008 when I test your MT4 terminal's performance.
I found your Varengold's server lost a Bar at 22:00 june 20 2008 but the MetaQuotes' server had
(see the attachments)
Ihe lost Bar made me couldn't close a buy order and open the next sell order also.(see the
MetaQuotes' chart at attachments)
In this situation the big mistake will make the loss occured.
I want to know:
If the loss occur in live account what Varengold will do ?
Varengold will take the responsibility to pay the loss of the client ?
If so, how much you will pay ?
I must tell you, that we are not liable for any mistakes in the system. Regarding your issue, as you can see in the picture sent to you, the bar also existed in our system. However, if you compare two systems, it could be, that in one of both one bar is there earlier than the other due to different server time and other factors.

I have the same Chart but only a little longer than yours.
In both of the Charts (yours and mine) the Bar(2008.6.20 22:00) is lost.
Please use mouse to check the time of the Bars around 2008.6.20 21:00--2008.6.20 23:00.
The Bar is lost at 2008.6.20 22:00

Isn't the Varengold that you sent the Chart is it ?
Please tell me who will take responsibility for the Chart ?

Thank you very much for your email.
We can not take responsibility, because it is not possible to make the broker liable for any mistakes of the system. This is own risk of clients. No brokerage can give this guarantee, because we all depend on the systems and charts provided to us.
Anyway, there is a simple reason for the problem regarding the candlestick. It is not possible to trade after 10 PM by Varengold, so the candlestick is not shown.
I appreciate your answer for clients' questions so frankly that make me know the situations a lot.
Now I know the 'any mistake of the system' is from the third party:the system supplier.
However, the risk and problem should not be on the clients' side. I choose your platform because of your reliable and convienent service. It is totally your responsibility to serve good and stable software to the clients, otherwise, I do not see any reason to sign in an unreliabe platform like Varengold.
Firstly, I just request the service from your server not from any of your suppliers. It is no any connection from my side to your suppliers. I am using your server not someone else.
Secondly, it is very strange that you guess the problem due to the transaction stopped after 10pm. On your website, clearly mentioned that your service is 24 Hour Online Trading. I wonder that you are telling me another story or you are unfamiliar with your own service.
To be frankly,I think you are new in the Forex trading.May be you can ask the unbiased side like MetaQuotes Corp.In forex market's consuetude if charts have some problem the broker and clients will discuss the real situation and decide what will do.
The last one, at the same time, our communication is also being disussed on the mainly Forex website in China. All the people in China who are interested in the business of Forex pay great attention to the result of this discussion, this result will also exert an influence on their
decision to use Varengold platform or not.
