今天早上，MBTF向客户发送了一封信函，主要有关NFA要求提高净资产一事，具体内容大致翻译如下：

尊敬的客户：

也许您已经知道，从2007年12月21日起，NFA将把对外汇经纪商的“净资产要求”从100万美金提高到500万美金。为了让我们的客户清楚了解MBTF的财政状况，我们准备了一份还未审计的2007年12月18日的净资产计算表。MB Trading Futures已经满足并且会满足将来一切NFA制定的政策或政策的变动。

As you may know, effective December 21, 2007 the NFA raised the net capital requirement for Forex Dealer Members from $1 million to $5 million.  In an effort to keep our clients informed of MB Trading Futures financial condition, we have prepared an unaudited estimated net capital computation as of the December 18, 2007. MB Trading Futures has met and will meet any regulations or changes to regulations as required by the NFA.
