MBTF交易平台时间轴有错误

NAV PRO平台的时间轴有两种表示格式（软件中可选择）：一种是美东时间（EDT），一种是本地北京时间（CHST）。自从本月14日美国夏令时生效后，北京时间应该比美东时间快12小时，可是NAV PRO平台却只差11小时，导致软件当下的北京时间与实际时间差一小时。
   我已将此问题报告给了MBTF，他们只给我回复了一个标准格式化的答复件，并没有对我提出的问题给予正面答复，所以只有寄希望于外汇堂的朋友了，不知道有没有细心的朋友发现此问题,下面附上他们的答复件。

Dear Valued Client,

The United States begins daylight savings time twoweeks before the international community which  will result in limitedliquidity within the forex markets when trading begins on Sunday, March 21,2010. The majority of our banking partners will not begin trading until 6 pm Eastern Time causing very limited liquidity which could potentially result inpoor executions between 5pm and 6pm Eastern Time.

Due to this, MB Trading will delay our start time thisSunday, March 21, 2010, by one hour to match the International community.Trading will begin at approximately 6 pm Eastern Time at which time the marketis expected to offer sufficient liquidity to maintain an orderly market.

MB Trading only expects this Sunday to be affected and following this Sunday the open time will resume again at 5 pm Eastern Time.
