常听见很多人说，自己做外汇如何如何厉害，月回报至少平均10%甚至更多。我毫不怀疑这个数据的真实性，因为认识的朋友中有比这更厉害的。但是，长期呢？ 表示谨慎的怀疑。作为参考，我们看一下巴克莱对冲基金对全世界外汇基金(Forex Fund)的一个统计数据：

从以上这份表格 我们可以汲取很多好料：

1，这么多基金，风格都是各异。有着重全球宏观经济面的(GL.Macro)，有着重市场心理情绪的(Market Sentiment)，有纯技术分析的(UMJ Tekniko Fund)。貌似这个月技术战胜了基本面，5.62 VS 1.55； 但显然，2007整个一年，基本面都走得不错，均达到了2位数的回报。

2，小基金的回报率普遍高于大基金。 呵呵 大家都知道这一点，看了这份表格有了更直观的认识。新世界基金的回报率达到了205.26 ，而大基金中表现最好的只有31.44(其实也不错)。

3，不要担心流动性。在外汇市场，几十亿的Big Boy比比皆是。只有你有这个管理水平，也是可以短线操作的。

4，第12月份的表现水平普遍低于整个一年的月平均回报率。这也许和“假日行情”、市场波动不大等因素有关。

说了这么多，其实是希望哪天这个表单能看到中国基金管理人的身影。100%的年回报率对于论坛上的很多高手来说，应该不难的

注意到24FX和Spot Forex Mgmt这两家公司没有，排行榜的常客。任何市场状态都能赚钱 太恐怖了。相对来说，外汇对冲基金的头号交椅FX Concept(管理120亿美金)最近的日子则不太好过，截至5月末已亏损5.4%（08年是+11.5%、07年+11.9%、06年+18.7%），“我不想找任何借口，但确实是变得困难了”公司老板John Taylor说，“不幸的是目前市场缺乏一致性，我在想这市场究竟要愚蠢到什么时候去？”
”目前赚钱的大都是“高频率交易员”，抓住日内的“微型趋势”，“长期趋势的策略今年都亏损了“。德意志银行伦敦分行外汇经理Torquil Wheatley评论到。

对冲基金很少用超过2位数的杠杆，基本都在5倍以下。超过1亿美金规模的最多2.0～1.5

进一步查看，以24FX Management Ltd为例，竟然是以短线为主的策略，持仓时间在5-24小时！！！
对比大多数人认为的基金看宏观作长线的想法，有点意思。

Excel Capital Mgmt 很厉害！有些疑问，
1. "All funds deposited with the broker"，2百多万刀完全可以银行托管呀，何况duka牌照还没有获批，不是自个的钱就不一样，呵呵
2. 25% Performance Fee per month based on High Water Mark calculation  盈利提成才25%？！假如我有这个能力（200万本金，年收益300%)，我绝对不考虑帮人打工。当然，亏了也不是自己的钱，用来练手也不错，呵呵

1，恩 1百万刀就可以直接去巴克莱开户。
2，这个倒是行业规则，2%管理费+20%的表现提成。另外您说得没错，几百万还是自己做做好，但如果管理9~10+位数的资金，吃吃管理费也相当可观，这也是很多大型对冲基金遭人诟病的地方

这期榜单，唯一想谈的就说IKOS这家公司。一家伦敦的基金，现在注册在塞浦路斯（为了避税）。难以想象的是管理这么大的资金竟然是位女士 Elena Ambrosiadou，曾被评为英国最富有的女性。化学工程师出身，33岁开始从一个6万美金的外汇交易账户起家，到如今17年后管理近7个亿。

看采访，IKOS的策略是建立数学模型发掘市场机会。这里不得不提Elena的老公，剑桥毕业的数学家，曾经在高盛做Quant，之后他和老婆一起创立IKOS。

一点花絮：这位女士也挺能花钱，09年花了6000万英镑买了一艘世界最大的游艇。

这里介绍一下Ortus Capital,注册在香港的对称基金，目前管理资金超过1.5 Billion。管理层全是华人，背景也类似：大陆大学毕业后求学美国，之后在几大机构任职，最后转到香港创立自己的对称基金。其中Dr.Tao Huang该基金的交易模型总设计师，她曾在FX Concepts任职高级研究员，Ortus的交易策略和她老东家也蛮相似的。
