Dear Valued Customer:
We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some important news that will affect you.  Hotspot FXr, L.L.C. (“Hotspot”), National Futures Association (“NFA”) Member # 0351580, recently signed a definitive agreement with Forex Capital Markets LLC (“FXCM”), NFA Member # 308179, to assign your positions and transfer your account balances to FXCM.  We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some important information regarding this assignment/transfer.



As you may know, Hotspot’s indirect parent, Knight Capital Group, Inc. (“Knight”), is a leading financial services firm that provides access to the capital markets across multiple asset classes for buy-side, sell-side and corporate clients.  In light of Knight’s primary focus on the institutional forex market, the strategic decision has been made to cease Hotspot’s involvement in the retail forex market.  



Therefore, as of February 13, 2009, Hotspot will no longer be the counterparty to your positions and will no longer service your account.  



As of February 13, 2009, your open positions will be assigned, and your account balances will be transferred, to FXCM.  This assignment/transfer will provide you continued and uninterrupted access to the retail forex market.
