受英国FSA监管的公司，为何少人关注呢？

看了不少国内、外论坛的资料，FSA监管和资金保护比NFA强很多，FSA设立的FSCS对外汇、期货帐户的保护更好（最高4.8万英镑的客户资金赔偿）！好像NFA是最缺乏监管力度的！
ps：FSCS好像只针对retail clients（而非专业人士）才有效，见10楼的贴。

有这样的说法，做股票到纽约，做外汇期货到伦敦！
顶级EBS平台就属于正宗英国公司！
金融中心硬要排名的话，我认为伦敦强于纽约！

英国经纪商提供“客户资金隔离”并不是强制执行的，一个英国上市公司外汇主管的原话”We can only segregate fund for retail clients as directedby the FSA. If this is your wish then there is added cost of $3pm for real/truesegregation.  ( Some brokers may be quite elusive and possibly misleading about ‘true segregated funds’. It is worth remembering that a segregated account can justbe set up as a sub account of an account already in the name of the broker – inthis instance and in the case of bankruptcy the funds are still in the name ofthe company and therefore the creditors would have first claim on them!!“ ，我对此理解是：只针对retail clients（而不是专业人士），FSA才强制执行隔离账户。因为开户的时候，如果不选择“professional”，就无法开户！
我email问过FSCS官网，外汇保证金账户是否受FSCS保护，也要具体咨询经纪商，才能确定！
