第一次入金。
通过paypal入金oanda一美元，paypal端扣1美元，oanda端到账0.82美元。
这么算来，手续费高达18%，各位说这个正常吗？
我还想入1000美金呢，这个费率不敢了。

不客气的说，你没去看它的规定，只自己测试瞎猜，结论是不正确的，该打PP。

For eCheck payments the service charge is capped at $5.00.

你的应该是非美国Paypal账户，入金1美元，扣除0.15的每次入金费用，再扣除2.8%，也即0.03美元（经过四舍五入后），总共扣除0.18美元，不可能多算的。错就错在你用1美元来做测试。
Paypal收费实在太高了，小资金凑合用着还可以。

本地银行都不办外汇汇款，看来只好通过paypal入金了。
