英文不是太好,大致意思是IB已收到我的投诉,5-7个工作日内书面通知我调查处理决定,如果问题复杂,可能需要更长时间。
超过7个工作日后,我仍然未收到任何通知。5月30日19时49分34秒,我再次通过账户管理-支持-信息中心询问超过7个工作日为什么还没回复,至今无任何回应。
上面提及的时间均为北京时间。
