真是操蛋！

说我是信用卡入的金，取款时说由于security的原因，要提供银行的statement。怎么入金时那么容易，出金就那么难呢？哥不是没有statement，可实在是觉得被刁难了。

是的，要银行的信用卡对账单。原先没有这个规定的，只规定，如果使用信用卡入金，30天内的取款只能回到信用卡；超过30天取款的，是可以电汇的。

最新进展，我提供了对账单。他们继续刁难我，为何我的名字、信用卡号看不到？信用卡对账单，银行寄出的时候是分两张纸的，而且信用卡号倒数四位是隐藏的。

fxsol 以前可不这样，素来在业内以老实忠厚著称，怎么也学坏了？

你是直接在fxsol开的 还是有个中间代理比如环亚 有代理的是否可以委托代理交涉一下

多谢各位的关注。这个问题已经解决了，最后还是同意了我寄过去的银行信用卡对账单，是两页的那种，第一页是卡号（其中倒数四位是隐藏的，我的中文姓名），第二页是交易记录。

有点后怕，如果我是用另外一个银行的信用卡，该行对账单是不显示卡号的。那就不知道FXSOL还认不认了。

我也和他们争辩过这个规定太不合理，试想如果我上一次入金是一年以前的，现在要出金，难道非要我提供一年前的对账单？！他们不置可否，就只会说为了安全的原因，这是FXSOL的规定。

当初要不是看上FXSOL可以信用卡入金，省去换汇，电汇的麻烦，FXSOL的点差、利息还真没有什么优势。

周六凌晨，FXSOL那边说已经处理我的出金请求，周一凌晨，HSBC香港就给我发Email，登录网银，已经有美金入账了。不错，比国内银行强多了，国内银行还有所谓不能公对私转账的规定，呵呵。

恭喜哈 ,问问 兄台 信用卡入了多少 ,不知道网上银行那种对帐单可以用来证明吗

我是在官网开户的，销户的时候没按正常的出金费用扣款而是加了一倍，临走时让人还恶心了一把。
